Many vitamins won’t help if you’re not getting the proper minerals as well. Here's a brief overview of some that work best together.
Vitamins and minerals are often needed in combination to maximise the health benefits for which they’re intended.
For example, Vitamin D and calcium are co-dependent. Calcium is a mineral, and in order for your body to absorb it, you must ingest vitamin D. Together this vitamin and mineral combination help build strong bones, healthy teeth, and normal muscle contraction. If your body doesn’t get the calcium it needs to function it will actually leech it from your bones!
