Lifetime Health Australia uses Australia Post for all local and international shipping. Australian delivery addresses may select Express Post for faster delivery and tracking. Express Post is slightly more expensive.
Orders for Fresh Royal Jelly are sent by EMS courier to ensure the product remains frozen during delivery. Our fresh Royal Jelly is packed with ice into freezer boxes and shipped via express courier to ensure freshness and stability of the product.
The rate for shipping is calculated according to parcel weight, size and shipping destination.
You can see the estimated shipping rate for your order in shopping cart view by selecting your destination country and / or postcode. If you make changes to your destination country, postcode, products or quantities in shopping cart view, use the 'Update shipping info' button to refresh and recalculate your new shipping rate.
Delivery times allow for order processing, handling and time in transit. Delivery times are as follow:
Standard Australia Post orders within Australia: 3-5 working days
Express Post orders (Australia only): 2-3 days (may take longer for rural areas)
International Australia Post orders: 5-10 working days
